A light and responsive women’s piste ski package designed to help intermediate skiers build confidence and develop cleaner, more controlled carved turns.

The Salomon S/Max No.8 combines a narrow 72mm waist with a short-turn-focused shape, making it quick and intuitive when moving from one edge to the other. Traditional camber provides dependable contact with the snow, while subtle rocker helps the ski enter each turn smoothly.

Salomon’s Dual Core 2 construction combines lightweight materials with an ash insert and high-density triaxial fibres. This provides the stability and energy needed for confident piste skiing without giving the ski an overly stiff or demanding feel.

The SL-specific Edge Amplifier directs pressure towards the edges for improved grip and response. It also retains enough flex beneath the foot to keep the ski agile, making it easier to link shorter carved turns while maintaining control on firm prepared snow.

This package includes Salomon M10 GW bindings mounted on the adjustable Easytrak system. The bindings accommodate both standard Alpine and adult GripWalk ski boots and have a DIN adjustment range of 3–10.
