The Salomon District is a medium-flexing men’s binding designed for freestyle and all-mountain riders who want natural board feel, comfortable support and freedom of movement.
Its ShadowFit baseplate uses a flexible heel loop that allows the binding to move naturally with the rider’s boot. This creates a surf-inspired lateral feel for presses, tweaks and creative riding, while the Kevlar Quickwire provides the edge-to-edge response needed for carving, landings and faster resort laps.
The supportive ankle strap distributes pressure evenly across the boot, while the adaptable toe strap provides secure hold without unnecessary bulk. Full-length EVA cushioning helps absorb impacts and vibration, making the District a comfortable and versatile choice for park laps, side hits and all-mountain riding.
