A warm women’s resort ski jacket combining 700-fill down insulation, a contemporary short silhouette and practical protection for cold days on the mountain.

The Peak Performance Glissade Down Jacket is designed for cold resort skiing, where warmth and weather protection are priorities. Its puffy construction and large quilted sections provide substantial insulation without creating an overly long or restrictive jacket.

The lightweight outer fabric is windproof, breathable and waterproof, although the jacket is not seam sealed and should not be considered fully waterproof in prolonged wet conditions. A combination of 700-fill duck down and synthetic sheet insulation delivers dependable warmth, with the synthetic component continuing to insulate effectively in damp areas.

The slim, hip-length cut has a slightly dropped rear hem for additional coverage. A helmet-compatible hood, elastic wrist gaiters, adjustable lower hem, dedicated ski-pass pocket and RECCO reflector provide the functionality required for comfortable days on the piste.

FIT & SIZING

Peak Performance describes the Glissade as a slim-fit jacket with a short, hip-length cut and a slightly dropped rear hem. The puffy quilted construction creates volume through the insulation, but the underlying shape remains relatively close fitting. Choose your usual size for the intended streamlined fit or consider sizing up if you prefer extra room for thicker midlayers.

CARE

• Machine wash inside out at 40°C on a delicate cycle using technical detergent. Close all zips, remove the goggle wipe and wash with similar colours. Do not bleach, dry clean, professionally wet clean, iron or use fabric softener.
• Tumble dry inside out on a low setting with tennis balls for at least five hours. Remove the jacket approximately every 30 minutes and shake it by hand to redistribute the down and prevent clumping.

WARRANTY

• Peak Performance will assess products with suspected manufacturing defects and, where the claim is covered by its warranty, will normally seek to repair the item first or offer another appropriate solution if repair is not possible. Proof of purchase is required.
