Developed with Beyond Medals rider Tor Lundström, the Bataleon Tornado is a high-performance directional twin built for advanced and expert snowboarders. Its powerful flex, responsive construction and MultiSync sidecut deliver the stability and edge hold needed for riding fast, carving hard and taking on demanding terrain.

Bataleon's 3D shaping and SideKick tips help the board roll smoothly from edge to edge while improving float and control through powder and variable snow. Carbon Stringers, six D.R.S.T. SuperTubes and a lightweight core create a precise, energetic ride, while the Ultra Glide S sintered base supplies the speed needed to make the most of the mountain.

Directional Twin Shape: The Tornado combines the balanced, manoeuvrable feel of a twin with the power and versatility required for freeride terrain.

3D Shaping: Bataleon's tip-to-tail camber is combined with Triple Base shaping and SideKick technology to create a responsive ride with smooth turn initiation and improved versatility in changing snow.

SideKick: Increased sidebase uplift outside the widest points of the nose and tail helps the board roll quickly from edge to edge, improves float in powder and allows the tips to slice more smoothly through chopped-up snow.

MultiSync Sidecut: Designed to produce dependable edge hold and confident turning performance across a wide range of terrain and snow conditions.

Ultra Light Core: A 70/30 blend of paulownia and poplar delivers an excellent strength-to-weight ratio, keeping the board light without compromising its powerful feel.

Tri-Ax Lamination: A responsive three-way fibreglass weave reinforces the flex pattern and provides the support required for aggressive riding.

Carbon Stringers: Strategically positioned carbon reinforcement fine-tunes the board's response and adds extra snap and power.

D.R.S.T. SuperTubes: Six hollow carbon SuperTubes run parallel to the board's radius, increasing pop and transferring additional power towards the edges without adding unnecessary weight.

Ultra Glide S Base: Bataleon's premium 7000-grade sintered base delivers excellent speed, durability and wax absorption.

Flex Walls: Urethane-poured sidewalls absorb impacts, chatter and vibration to create a smoother, more stable ride while providing excellent resilience and durability.

28 Stainless-Steel Inserts: High-quality German stainless-steel inserts provide a durable and secure binding connection with plenty of stance adjustment.

+2 Backseat Inserts: Additional inserts allow the bindings to be moved further towards the tail, helping the nose remain elevated and reducing rear-leg fatigue on deep powder days.

Step Down Rails Top 3D: A subtle taper along the top of the sidewall reduces the board's upper profile, saving weight and adding greater precision when carving.

WARRANTY

Bataleon snowboards include a two-year manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects. Registering the snowboard with Bataleon may provide an additional one-year warranty, subject to Bataleon's current registration terms and conditions.
