Armada Strive 14 MN Ski Bindings Black
A powerful, low-profile freeride binding with Multi Norm compatibility for confident skiing across the whole mountain.
The Armada Strive 14 MN is designed for advanced and expert skiers who want strong power transmission, dependable retention and compatibility with a wider range of ski boots. Its Multi Norm toe can be adjusted for Alpine, GripWalk and compatible Touring soles, making it a practical option for skiers who use more than one type of boot.
A low centre of gravity places the boot closer to the ski, creating a direct and natural connection without making the binding feel overly demanding. The extra-wide toe pedal and XL wings transfer pressure efficiently to the ski, helping it respond quickly when carving firm pistes, skiing variable snow or landing with force.
Generous elastic travel allows the binding to absorb impacts and ski flex before releasing, helping reduce unwanted pre-release when skiing aggressively. The three-part heel is easy to step into while providing the solid support expected from a DIN 14 freeride binding.
The supplied EAN identifies the 115mm brake version. This parent listing also covers the other available brake widths shown below.

FEATURES & TECHNOLOGY
- Multi Norm Compatibility: The manually adjustable toe accommodates compatible Alpine, GripWalk and Touring boot soles.
- LDN Toe: A low-profile toe places the boot closer to the ski for a more direct feel and improved snow feedback.
- Manual Toe Height Adjustment: Allows a trained technician to set the toe height correctly for the skier’s compatible boot sole.
- Extra-Wide Toe Pedal: Creates a broad contact area beneath the boot for efficient lateral power transmission.
- XL Wings: Wrap securely around the boot toe to improve control and energy transfer through the front of the binding.
- 47mm Elastic Travel: Allows the binding to absorb shocks, landings and ski flex while helping to prevent unwanted release.
- Low-Profile Chassis: Keeps the skier close to the ski for a stable, natural stance and more precise control.
- Three-Part Heel: Provides dependable retention together with straightforward step-in and release.
- Locking Brakes: The brake arms lock together when the boot is engaged, reducing unwanted movement while skiing.
- Snow Scraper: Helps remove packed snow from the boot sole before stepping into the binding.
COMPATIBILITY
- Compatible with Alpine ISO 5355, GripWalk ISO 23223 and compatible Touring ISO 9523 ski boot soles.
- This is an alpine binding and does not provide an uphill touring or walk function.
- It is not compatible with pin-only touring boots that do not have suitable alpine-binding contact surfaces.
- The toe height and binding settings must be checked and adjusted by a trained ski technician whenever the boot or sole standard is changed.
- Choose a brake approximately equal to the ski’s waist width. A brake up to around 10mm wider than the ski is normally suitable.
WARRANTY
- Two-year manufacturer’s warranty.
FREE BINDING MOUNTING
- Purchase these bindings with a pair of skis from our store and we’ll mount and set them up free of charge. Once your order has been received, we’ll contact you to request the skier’s height, weight, age and ability, together with the ski boot’s sole length in millimetres.
- Ski bindings are safety equipment and must be mounted, adjusted and release-tested by a suitably trained ski technician before use. The DIN setting should not be selected from ability or personal preference alone.
