The 686 Dojo Shell Pant is a team-favourite design created for riders who prioritise freedom of movement and a relaxed, modern fit. The waist follows conventional sizing, while the legs are deliberately cut substantially larger to create the distinctive Dojo shape and leave plenty of space for layering.

Its 2-layer infiDRY 20K construction provides a high level of waterproof and breathable protection, supported by fully taped seams and a PFAS-free water-repellent finish. The uninsulated shell and Air-Flo inner-leg vents allow effective temperature control, while the hanging lining improves next-to-skin comfort.

An elasticated waist and integrated webbing belt keep the pants comfortably secured without restricting movement. Boot gaiters, elastic cuffs, a reinforced lower hem and four zipped pockets provide the practical features needed for long days on the mountain.

FIT & SIZING

The Dojo has a loose, deliberately baggy fit developed with Forest Bailey. The elasticated waist is designed to correspond with your normal 686 size, while the legs are cut nearly a full size larger for a relaxed silhouette and unrestricted movement. This creates substantially more space through the seat, thigh and lower leg without requiring the wearer to size up at the waist.

• Follow the instructions on the garment care label. Wash with a specialist technical outerwear cleaner such as Nikwax Tech Wash, avoiding standard detergent and fabric softener. Close all zips and fastenings before washing and reproof the outer fabric when water no longer beads effectively.
