Its DIN range of 5–14 provides the retention and adjustment range needed by confident skiers without moving to the additional weight and higher release values of a DIN 16 binding.

The LDN Toe positions the boot close to the ski, creating a direct connection and responsive feel when moving from edge to edge. A wide toe pedal and XL Wings distribute pressure effectively across the ski, making the Strive particularly well suited to modern all-mountain and freeride shapes.

Automatic Wing and Toe Adjustment accommodates compatible Alpine and GripWalk adult boot soles without requiring manual toe-height adjustment. At the rear, the low-profile 3-Part Heel helps absorb vibration while providing secure retention, straightforward step-in operation and controlled release.

Weighing approximately 980g per binding, the Strive 14 GW combines a solid downhill platform with a relatively low swing weight. It is a practical option for skiers who want reliable resort performance, good snow feel and enough elasticity for aggressive skiing and natural features.

SPECS

ABILITY LEVEL:

TERRAIN: All Mountain / Freeride / Freestyle

DIN RANGE: 5–14

BRAKE WIDTHS: 90mm / 100mm / 115mm

COMPATIBILITY: Alpine / GripWalk

RECOMMENDED SKIER WEIGHT: 58–140kg

WEIGHT: 980g per binding

ADJUSTMENT RANGE: 28mm

HEEL STAND HEIGHT: 24mm

CERTIFICATION: TÜV certified

GENDER: Unisex

BRAND COLOUR: Green

FEATURES & TECHNOLOGY

LDN Toe: The low, direct and neutral toe places the boot closer to the ski for improved terrain feedback, quicker response and efficient power transmission.

Automatic Wing & Toe Adjustment: Automatically adapts to compatible Alpine and GripWalk adult boot soles, helping to maintain consistent contact and release performance.

Extra-Wide Toe Pedal: A wide contact area beneath the boot improves lateral power transmission and provides a stable platform on wider skis.

XL Wings: Longer toe wings wrap securely around the front of the boot for controlled power transmission and dependable retention.

Elastic Travel: Generous elastic movement helps absorb impacts and allows the boot to recentre, reducing the likelihood of unwanted release during aggressive skiing.

Sliding Toe Pedal: A spring-mounted anti-friction device allows lateral movement and recentring to support reliable release during a fall.

Low-Profile Chassis: A low stand height improves snow feel and creates a more direct connection between the skier and ski.

3-Part Heel: A low-profile heel construction that absorbs vibration while providing smooth, friction-free release when required.

Glass-Fibre Reinforced Polyamide: A reinforced construction that balances durability, controlled flex and reduced weight.

Light Construction: Material is concentrated in the areas where strength is needed, helping to reduce unnecessary weight.

Locking Brakes: The brake arms click together to make the skis easier to carry over the shoulder.

TÜV Certified: Independently certified to the applicable alpine-binding safety standard.

COMPATIBILITY

Compatible with Alpine and GripWalk adult ski-boot soles.

This GW binding is not compatible with traditional touring soles or pin-only touring boots.

WARRANTY

Two-year manufacturer’s warranty.

FREE BINDING MOUNTING

Purchase these bindings with a pair of skis from our store and we’ll mount and set them up free of charge.
